Splits & Fees

We offer a traditional team model and the opportunity to level up on your sphere business based on your incoming sales production. OneHome Colorado offices out of KW Executives in Highlands Ranch and there is no additional split paid by our agent partners to the office.

FEE OVERVIEW
Our goal is to keep your expenses at the bare minimum and your income growing consistently.
Our agent partners cover their own mls & board dues, state licensing, applicable coaching fees & optional private office space.  

The Admin staff, Marketing, Technology, videography, drone photography, quality leads & more are covered by OHC.
Additional marketing expenses may be shared with OHC and any other expenses of agent partners may reimbursed through bonuses & other incentive programs.
